  • Perimeter Protection

All external windows and doors are equipped with appropriate sensors and detectors. Any intruder trying to break in would be detected before entering the protected area. It allows the system to be armed during night time and provide you with peace of mind when you are asleep.

  • Internal Protection

Movement sensors are installed within the protected area. The alarm sounds when an intruder manages to break in and is within the protected area. The system typically cannot be armed while the property is in use for example night time.

  • Total Protection

The combination of Perimeter Protection and Internal Protection will result in Total Protection. By right configuration when the property is in use, only perimeter sensors are activated and when you leave home all sensors would be enabled.

All of our security alarm panels can be connected to your internet modem via Ethernet Module. By installing the provided app on your IOS or Android smart phone you will be able to receive alarm notifications while you are on holidays or simply get an update when the kids get home from school and disarm the panel.

You are able to remotely arm or disarm your alarm panel, see the status of your sensors and isolate them if required, or control up to 20 outputs devices connected to your panel such as garage doors.

Whenever you are logged in to the panel via the app, you can also read the full panel history and see what’s been going on while you’re not around

Two types of communications can be imagined when talking about an alarm system. The first type is the internal communication between the main panel and other components such as motion detectors installed within a property. The second type is the communication between the main panel and the outside world i.e. an alarm monitoring room.
If your home doesn’t have a security system pre-installed, internally wireless systems can solve several problems. You won’t have to worry about drilling holes or making other modifications, so wireless is an attractive option for renters, historic homes, double or multi storey houses and wherever no pre-wiring exists. Renters or homeowners who change residence will also be able to take advantage of the portability of most wireless systems—simply disconnect and reconnect at your new address. Wireless Alarm Systems provide the benefit of portability and ease of installation but do result in the requirement to change alarm sensor batteries periodically.
Wireless detectors can be a significant distance away from the control panel which makes them the best option when your garage or granny flat is separated from the main building.
We use only high quality long-life batteries in our Wireless Alarm installations. The batteries for each detector has been known to last up to 5 years.
When it comes to the communication between an alarm system and the outside world, the most common setup combines hardwired and wireless, with a hardwired telephone line or an Ethernet cable connected to your modem as the primary connection and a cellular(GSM) backup in case the phone line or modem goes down (or are cut).

We use only alarm panels and equipment from three most common brands in Australia. Bosch , Risco and Paradox are the alarm panels that most Australian security technician is conversant with. Moreover, spare parts can be obtained from almost every security equipment provider throughout Australia. Consequently the customer would not be reliant to a particular individual or company for maintenance, repairs and upgrades.

We can usually squeeze you in within 1-2 weeks. Sometimes, we have spare capacity so if your job is urgent, simply let us know and we’ll try and squeeze you in for the earliest convenient time for you. Just give us a call.

It takes roughly  between 6-8 hours for a typical alarm system means 3-5 sensor system for single / double storey homes and businesses. If its larger, then generally it will take longer.

If your home is still in the construction phase, and:

  • You have a single/double storey home with no roof access OR
  • You have a double storey home and you’re not keen on a wireless system, then:

We will need to pre-wire your home before the gyprock walls of your home go up. Make sure you check with your builder to ensure it is OK for an alarm company to come and install your alarm. We will complete the install of the alarm once your home is completely built and you’re ready to move in.

If you:

  • Have a single storey house with roof access OR
  • You have your system pre-wired OR
  • You are happy with a wireless system,

We can install your alarm system when you are about to move in.

Our predesigned packages are based on popularity. If the purposes is to protect your premises from someone roaming around when you’re not home, then these packages are likely to suffice.

If you’re interested in more protection and want sensors on your doors and windows, just add the cost of the reed switches to the current package prices.

A zone in alarm terminology is essentially a slot for a sensor. An 8 zone alarm can have 8 sensors. A 16 zone alarm can handle up to 16 sensors. Alarm pack 1 for instance has 3 sensors, therefore it is using 3 of those 8. You may have another 5 sensors on that alarm that you choose to extend.

Our home alarm systems give you the option to program zones so that sensors assigned to them cause the system to respond differently when they are triggered. All the alarms we offer can handle “Stay at home” mode and “Away mode”. This allows you to have certain areas of the home armed while you are at home. The technician will organise this for you on the day of the install.

Your alarm when triggered will make a deafening sound for around 10 minutes.

If you have a phone line and  we will connect it up to your phone line and it is able to ring up to three numbers when an alarm is triggered. When the call is picked up, it will instantly alarm  you that the alarm has been triggered. This is the most popular option.
You may then choose to call your neighbour or family / friends to check up on your property.

If you choose to add Back to base monitoring, then an alarm monitoring centre will call your mobiles to let you know. They may then send out a security car to check up on the property for a fee.

Standard motion sensor will detect any motion, whether it’s caused by an intruder or your pet headed to its water dish. Thanks to technology, Pet Immune Motion Detectors are completely pet friendly allowing you to activate your alarm with confidence and give your pets the freedom and comfort to move about without triggering  a false alarm.

Yes. After the alarm system has been installed, we will discuss with you some options and recommendations on what part of the alarm (which rooms and doors etc) you should activate before retiring to bed. This will then be programmed by our technician on the day of the installation. Once this has been programmed, the alarm system can be activated in the “stay” mode (often called the “home” mode) by simply pressing one button which will arm key areas of your home whilst leaving other areas turned off to allow you to move around some of the house.

All modern alarm systems come complete with a back-up battery, which will continue to run the alarm system without power for many hours.
When power has been restored to the property, the alarm system will recharge the battery – in most cases to the same condition it was before the power failure occurred.
Should the alarm system be monitored back-to-base, the alarm may send a signal to the 24 hour control room that the power is off. Appropriate action can then be taken.
